CLI{attributes} -- add a checklist item to a topic

• The %CLI% variable is handled by the ChecklistPlugin.
• Syntax: %CLI{attr1="value" attr2="value"}%
• Examples:
  • %CLI% adds a simple checklist item to a topic
  • %CLI{states="todo|doing|done" stateicons=":-(|:-I|:ok:"}% adds a checklist item with states ( todo - doing - done - ) to a topic
