As data is transferred to DeepL SE when using the DeepL Translate Tool, the following principles must be observed:

• No personal data (names etc.) may be included in the inserted texts.
• No trade or business secrets or otherwise confidential or sensitive data, neither of the company nor of third parties (e.g. business partners), may be included in the inserted texts.

Furthermore, the applicable legal and contractual requirements must be observed as well as the current regulations of DeepL SE, in particular the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.
